As a Project Lead and Web Programmer, I led the development of the Kiddu web application from the initial planning phase to deployment using the Laravel framework. The project began with an in-depth needs analysis to identify user requirements and align them with business objectives.

I also conducted VPS server requirement analysis and configuration, focusing on performance optimization and application stability.
